SECTION 3 - CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS & REPLACEMENTS

Products available through our store are custom made-to-order personalized gifts, keepsakes, jewelry, drinkware, and home decor. All sales of custom-made items are subject to our Refund & Remake Policy.

Because goods are personalized on demand, returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items are covered by our Free Remake Guarantee (30 days for USA / 55 days for International) with photographic verification.

SECTION 4 - BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities on any order placed with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address provided at checkout.
